We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Sherk as Chief Financial Officer at Day & Ross.

Darren brings over 17 years of experience with McCain Foods, where he most recently served as Vice President, Global Internal Audit. Throughout his career, Darren has held a variety of senior finance roles across multiple geographies, including Canada, the United States, Japan, and Switzerland. His international experience spans positions such as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Director, and Manager of Financial Reporting.

These global assignments have provided Darren with a unique and well-rounded financial perspective, as well as a deep understanding of both strategic and operational finance. His broad expertise and strong leadership track record make him exceptionally well-suited for this critical role at Day & Ross.

Darren holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a designation he earned in 2007. His academic foundation in mathematics, combined with his extensive finance experience, will support Day & Ross in driving financial performance and long-term growth.
