2. You have two options to get to Request a Pickup:

(To ensure Request a Pickup is selected, a checked off check box will appear in the Select option)
4. Select Yes to create a Bill of Lading (BOL) for your pickup
If yes, complete the Consignee Details section;fields with an asterix are required
If no, the Consignee Details section will not appear
5. Complete all required fields in the Shipper Details, fields with an asterix are required
(Note: Addresses will be validated by Canada Post; select the appropriate address)
6. Select the desired Payment Method. Fields with an asterix are required.
Complete the Billing Information section; fields with an asterix are required
(Note: Addresses will be validated by Canada Post)
7. Enter contact email address within the Pickup Confirmation Will be Mailed To field
Depending on your browser, the appropriate email may already be entered
8. Click the Next option to proceed to Step 2 (Measurements)
9. Enter your measurement information:
10. Select Save Item to add addition items
(Note: Click Add Another Item to additional items)
If you are shipping identical pallets with the same size dimension and weight, you can change the item count rather than entering another item.
11. Click the Next option to move on to Step 3; Additional Services
12. Select the box next to all required additional services
13. Click the Next option to move on the Step 4 (Pickup Details)
14. Enter all information required for the Pickup Details
(Note: Depending on times selected, another time could be arranged to fit the Day & Ross service matrix)

19. Click and Exit option to return to the Dashboard
